Settings is grouped into Account — things about you — and Workspace — things about how MESO behaves and what it collects.

Account

Profile is the one to remember. Your subjects and year groups decide what you can plan. If a subject is missing from the create-unit picker, this is where you add it — see Subjects and year groups.

Privacy

Two choices, both yours, both reversible at any time:
  • Analytics — product analytics, processed in the EU
  • Error monitoring — diagnostic reports, processed in the United States
Neither is required to use MESO, and withdrawing consent takes effect immediately.

Passkeys

You can set up a passkey to sign in with your device instead of a password. If you skipped this during setup, you can add one here. It is optional.

If you are a school administrator

Administrators see two extra tabs under Workspace — Members and Cohort — for invitations and activation figures. Everything else is identical. See Roles and visibility.
If you do not see Members and Cohort, you are not an administrator. That flag is set by MESO rather than from inside the app.
